Afternoon All,
We have a single POTS line and want to move the number over to our ISDN30 (We have the maximum 4 individual numbers already assigned to the ISDN30, so we want to get rid of a current one that isn't used anymore.)
I have been trying to contact our sales rep at BT for the last 5 weeks, but have not received any response to my messages or emails.
I've also tried the BT business number 0800 800152 to try and get this sorted, but have been transfered around with no luck
Can someone tell me which number I should be calling to get this change made please?
