Transferring Residential VOIP to Business VOIP after transferring Broadband?

Hi,
Just over two weeks ago I needed to transfer by Residential Broadband to Business Broadband in order to have a Static IP Address for my new job starting last week. Long story short, due to numerous issues attempting to talk to the right people (or have them call back), I ended up using the Web Form to do the transfer in order to have the Statc IP Address in time (well, not too late...)
However, the Intenet Phone I had setup with my Residential BT Broadband has stopped working today. I have spoken to Sales, who said it has to be transferred at the same time and can't be transferred after the fact.
Who would I need to talk to to see if I can still get this transferred? I last used the phone on Sunday, so it has only been off a maximum two days. How quickly do BT recycle numbers that they would not be able to still transfer this?
