USER already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

If someone could help me it would be much appreciated. This is the message I receive when trying to access my website and database via PHPmyAdmin. I cant actually stop and PROCESS because I cant get into phpmyAdmin to do it.

Any ideas??

Hi taniwha,

During our investigation we have found that this issue may be caused by some software that leaves a "sleeping" users connections, accumulates them and gives an error. In order for us to investigate your issue further, please provide us with your exact domain name and describe all your installed software that uses your MySQL database.
