Unable to access Web Site Management - Day 2 - Sunday October 25th

24 hours and counting - still no access to web site management and still no communication from BT. This is pathetic service from a major service provider compounded by the uncaring high handed attitude. My trust in the organisation has been eroded as I was promised some time ago that this would not happen again. Times are bad enough, we are trying to run our businesses in  a professional manner, we need a provider with a similar approach.  Can someone either fix the problem or at the very least communicate what is going on.

I have spent several hours trying to contact bt re a webhosting problem. The service is appalling and it is rather telling that it is also impossible to file a complaint. The change to the webhosting service has given me problems accessing and changing appointments and there seems to be no help online to address this. BT were supposed to get back to me two weeks ago re this but I have heard nothing and the PIN code they issued me with has expired without any help forthcoming.

If anyone is considering using BT webhosting services I would say "Don't". The aftercare is almost non-existent and it is impossible to access technical website help unless you have several hours and a great deal of patience to spare.

I know how you feel. Firstly my new phone keeps refusing to be a phone....and now the website is a load of changed rubbish making access to my precious website a repetative brick wall. I am an independent artist who has just sobbed again, trying hard at my age to function within this modern world of pretend IT utopia.....My true feelings cannot be typed. Who has mucked about with what was a fine company and service, only to torture us honest folk just trying to live normal human lives?
