We have recently placed an order for our BT Business Standard ADSL up to 20mb to be upgraded to Fibre Broadband.
We were sent an email saying that we'd recieve an email with our new email and password. Is this just a standard template letter that is sent out?
Do we keep our current hosting package and domain? As I am worried that if we are sent a new email login, this will not included our current hosting package and domain?
Can someone enlighten me with this query? Does our hosting package and domain we have now get kept the same or transfered across?

if you are just upgrading to fibre it should not affect your hosting, contact our order management team to double check is has been put through properly.
