My curve 8300 won't play streaming video. I get messages saying update to OS 4.5. I have OS 4.2.2.114. Could someone guide me to a page to enable me to upgrade? Am I allowed to upgrade?
Did you get this from BT? I ordered a blackberry recently and the Curve 8300 wasn't available through them. Best bet might be to upload the latest software here but I'd check with your provider all would be ok first
