Uploading pictures to public file

I am trying to upload pictures to my public file so I can use them with Easysite Storemaker3 but unable to do this. My browser is Firefox. I had no problem doing this before when I used Internet explorer.

I click on public file and it gives no option to upload any pics. Does anyone have any solution.

Are you using any FTP program to upload or download these files publicly?

Hi when I was using Internet explorer I used to be able to just drag the picture from My Pictures on my computer to the public file and they would then be in public folder. Since I have been using Firefox I am unable to do this.

Not sure if I am explaining myself properly.
