just inherited this telephone system. The extns work fine and i can make calls out without a problem.
My problem is I cannot answer incoming calls. The red lights flashes on any one of the lines. When I life the lifter or press the speak or the line .. or use the soft keys to >>>answer external call... i get a message 'no external call.
please help
