I am looking into some changes for a small company who currently have a VOIP phone system and I believe the provider is BT (No one can seem to help with the initial set up details.) We have BT Internet ADSL and a VOIP phone system that has been in place for 4 years. What I would like to know is if we leave BT internet/phone service. Can we keep the same number for the phone line?
Also is there details of someone who should be contacted to re-configure the VOIP system?
