wonder if anyone has come across this problem before.
I have a versatility system with 6 isdn + 2 pstn lines connected to a voip box ( these are foreign numbers )
At the moment if i press 9 any line can be used, including the pstn ones.
i need to configure it so that pressing 9 only selects lines 1 to 6 but still be able to select 7 & 8 pressing the line 7/8 buttons. ( if the call gets routed via the foreign provider it would need the country prefix to call a uk number ! )
I looked in the manual and connected to the pabx using the wizard software but am at a loss about this setting.
alternatively can the 9 line seize feature be disabled so that users are restricted to use the line 1 to 8 buttons only ?
