Versatility Answerphone Messages

Hello,

 

I'm new to the forum and have scoured it for an answer and come up empty.

We have the Versatility System and have had prerecorded answerphone messages made for us and plugged into the box etc.

 

It worked for a week and now the answerphone system has shut itself down and now just plays a generic recording that came with the phone system.

I need to get it back!

 

We have a separate message for work hours and after hours.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Ive read the handbook also but can't seem to get it to work!

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.
