Does anyone know how to set up call tagging or labelling for incoming calls on different DDI numbers.
We can't get through to support and we've checked the book.
Telesecretary does not do what we want as you can't see the number. We were told you can prefix the incoming number with three letters.

We have an BT Versatility feature phone for the office
At the moment it's set up if the reception phone misses the call after four rings it moves into a loop to the phone upstair then to the next one.
I would like to change the sequin it moves around the system
Example I need it to move to the phone downstairs first before moving upstairs
