Versatility system has lost connection with all v-ip extentions

An intermitant problem over last 18 months since new has now become permanant whereby the v-ip phones cannot connect with the main system . Have a maintenance contract with BT but can't report fault because they won't answer the phone- left hanging on for over an hour!

 

Any suggestions??
