I have been trying to set up port forwarding to view CCTV remotely. I have fpllowed all the instructions and I have been assigned a Static IP by BT.
It asks for me to assign TDP 37777 and UDP 37778 which I have done. I can view the cctv from a device which is on the same network but cannot seem to access the DVR remotely.
I have Adata Apollo HD DVR and BT Business Hub 3.0.
Any help would be massively appreciated.
