Webpage index bar off setting when page launched

My webpage was designed with EasySiteWizard Pro. The design includes an index bar at the base of each page, linking to each page.

On the EasySiteWizard Pro design page, the index bar lines up at each side edge with the main page above. But when launched, the online version has the index bar offset to the right by about 1mm, so the index bar at the base does not line up. This is the same for the onlive published version in two different browsers.

Any ideas?

Hard to say exactly without a link to the problem page so somebody can take a look at the code but probably a fragment of orphaned HTML tag that the EasySiteWizard left in by accident.
