Website Forwarding fail

I followed the instructions to redirect my web address to an external hosted site.

attempt 1: BT Domains Centre>manage organicarchitects.co.uk> forward to organic.barireid.com

I waited the 24 hours and the service seemed to work, another 24 and the service is not working again.

attempt 2: exactly the same as above with exactly the same result.

attempt 3: exactly the same as above with exactly the same result.

now i am stuck, it's extremely frustrating trying to show someone the page after i have tested it, only for them to see the original holding page!

at the moment the domain centre advanced domain manager is telling me the redirect is in place, but i can see it clearly is not...

any suggestions as to the strange result i am getting with this service?

Update:  Currently working properly again! hope it lasts this time...

Hi there,

Please retest your site as I have corrected the issue for you.

The problem was that the forward had created a duplicate record rather than overwriting the original one, as it should.

This meant the site would resolve 50% of the time and not show anything the other 50%.

The records for the domain have now been corrected so that:

www.organicarchitects.co.uk and organicarchitects.co.uk  both now point to: organic.barireid.com

Your issue should now be resolved.
