Does anybody know how to get help from the helpdesk, they never reply to my emails!!
Just to expand on the above. We recently moved our web site from Customer Street to the new BT Platform. We have had issues right from the start, initially with removing forwarding, but now with the ‘DTP Style’ editing interface. I have emailed btdhelp@bt.com on at least half-a-dozen occasions about these problems, but I have not had one single reply to my requests for help. Emails to the sales rep go unanswered unless I nag!! I am sorry, but the service we have received from BT Businesses is the absolute bottom of the pit, utterly disgraceful, and not what we expected.
