I logged in this week for the first time in over a year, to view my online bills. (As I pay by direct debit and I know roughly what I use I don't really need to view them all the time.) But my online account now says that I don't have online billing set up. I do, I've used it before and downloaded my bills.
I cannot "add account" as I need a reference number from a bill that's less than 9 months old, and GUESS WHAT, I don't have any, because I don't get paper bills and I can't view them online!
To add insult to injury your live chat system has just left me waiting in a never ending queue of 2, for well over an hour.
If you can't give me access to my bills, BT, maybe I will have to stop paying them!

OK, I stand corrected. I did eventually get through to Barbara on Chat and my problem is now resolved.
