Why Is My Domain Space Locked

We are trying to propogate a new web site to our free webspace and have found that the Domain Setting has been locked, all the new files have been uploaded but the domain has not propogated.

 

I have filled out an online form requesting this Enquiry ref. 120803-000392 but nor getting anywhere fast........can someone look into this please !!

Hi,

 

The DNS Team are a good bunch, but there's no guarantee that they'll be able to respond today, as they have to deal with all of the DNS queries that come in.  They'll get to you though don't worry.
