Why would anyone want to come back to BT?

8 weeks ago I phoned BT to convert a private line with SKY to BT as we were selling the house.

 

8 weeks on and the house has sold by BT still haven't managed to convert the line, leaving me at the mercy of the new owners who now have a FREE phone line and calls. (well I say free, I'm picking up the tab) PLUS the business calls that I'm missing out on.

 

Numberous emails and attempted phone calls to the sales team and still no further forward. 3 missed conversion dates and apparently its not openreach's problem as they only do what the sales team tell them to do.

 

Order No BZB155WWIf anyone from BT is reading this as you can't ring the business complaints number 0800 555 257 as this number is disconnected!!!!!

 

Speaking to SKY they will cancel on the same day so why does it take 10 days for BT to sort this out.

 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can somebody sensible help with this problem and get it sorted out ASAP

I am sorry that you are, indeed, veryunhappy1223.  I take it this is in hand with BT?  Complaints can't be handled until the issue is resolved.  In the first instance, you would need to contact the department who initially handled your query.
