Why is my Cab not live yet? Pretty much every house in my area is able to apply for infinity accept for about the last few houses at the end of the village (which includes mine).

 

What's really annoying that the over 50's retirement complex literally across the road from me has it enabled (And I am sure I have more need of it than any of them do). I have spoken to multiple engineers that have said our cab is ready to go for sometime and theoretically I should be able to use it.

 

I have been told that I have to wait until 31st of Dec by people on the phone and personally I think this is really stupid!

 

I am part of an eSports team and I have the ability to make more revenue of streaming my stuff over online services and I can only do this when I am down my Mums house which is in an enabled area, but unfortunatly she doesn't live close to me.

 

I've spent 2 weeks down her house while she has been away and coming back to this crud is frustrating.

Hi AimyBot,

 

I realise you posted this a while ago and hoping you’ve already found the answer you needed, but just in case, our sales teams can only upgrade your line to fibre when then systems tells us the line is able to get fibre.  We like all other ISP's get this information from Openreach.

 

If you can send me a private message with your line number,contact details I can double check the system for you, and if it is available I will get sales to call.
