Does any one have problems with their Avaya phone system, since we have had it installed we have the same problem over and over again. we have Isdn two channels, and every month or so system fails to take two calls. So if I am on the phone the other line comes up engaged. very frustating we are loosing customers getting complaints and bt done nothing to eradicate this fault. I am constantly going over the problem again again. this fault started back in October 2014. Amazing that with the technology we have they still cant fix.
There making me feel like im making this issue up.
