bt business line

hello there,

i have some serious problems getting my business line back after bt has ceased my bt business line due to non payment of just 38 pounds which is just ridicoulous.

my line was ceased on 26th of august and i am still  waiting the line to be activated after speaking  to round 25-30 customers advisors they were unable to resolve my problem  instead of understanding my serious problems each of them is telling me different stories.

 i have placed around 7 orders and each of the order has been either rejected or has been cancelled without any reason.

i have lost almost all of my business  this is a take away business and totally depending on phone line.

on 26th of august i have placed an order to re activate my line. bt activate it but it was not the same number they  have activated a different number.

and since 26th of august i am keep trying to make an order to  re number but everyday when i speak to advisor they keep telling me 24 hours time which i dont believe will come.

it is really frustrated me. i am just shocked how bt behave with businesss customer they dont even  give any importance to the matter. i have requested to make and urgent note with the order but all in vain no one will listen or understand my problem its been exactly 8 days without the phone line and my original number. today i have spoke again and again they have told me to wait few working days .,....

i dont have any idea what the bt is all about do they really care about there business customers i had a really bad expereince  after contacting bt local business as well. they wont do anything too. its just use less to speak to them

could any one have any idea what to do about that or how can i resolve this matter????
