having spent many an unhappy hour trying to sort out my blackberry - and still not getting email through. Even Orange helpline failed to sort out problem.
I might have sorted out my name@btconnect.com but also have an email which is info@mycompanyname.co.uk and when I try setting that up I get a message saying the information is incorrect. This is despite putting the user name as the @btconnect.com.
Help please I have enough problems without having to sort this out as well.

If your account has been upgraded then then you don't use the @btconnect.com username to log on to the mail server. You use the @yourdomain.co.uk instead.
