btconnect.com MX records

We transferred our domain to BT about 3 weeks but immediately had problems setting up our email addresses via the online control panel.  In the end to ensure the continuity of incoming emails to our organisation we changed the MX records to point to our suppliers mail server so that it could receive our emails in the short term. We took a note of the original MX record prior to changing them. Last week we were told by BT that the original problem of creating email adresses has been resolved so we reverted the MX record back to "imbr.btconnect.com" with a priority of 10. We then sent in some test emails but they bounced back with the following error. Please help.
