My btconnect e-mail was on a page 'outlook.office365.com/owa/?realm=btconnect.com'. I was transferred to this by BT without any option.
As this was for a business and I need to keep my business records for 6 years I want to create a .pst file to import into Outlook.
How do I do this, please?
