Help! Has anyone else been put on this plan without their consent? It requires a minimum annual spend of £500, otherwise a hefty penalty is levied.
As my average annual spend comes nowhere near that, it's totally the wrong product for me and I would never have agreed to it.
Any advice on what I can do, please - I can't afford to stump up a nigh on £300 + VAT penalty to BT for a product I never wanted!!
