hi looking for some urgent help
we took over a business in january 2011 and kept the existing phone lines we have nbeen trying to get bt billing to change the name to our business for 4 months a month ago we were contacted by bt business sales and they emailed over a contracty to be e signed and sent back. this was overlooked by us to cut a long storey short bt cut the service to the phone lines fully 4 days ago and left us with nothing. they are now saying that all they can do is request new lines and this will take 4 weeks as they are isdn lines and there is absolutly nothing we can do, my last email to the sales

I have been speaking to the someone regarding directors service office and as we are experiencing significant damage to our brand and reputation and also experiencing significant revenue loss it is suggested that as the isdn lines are going to take some time we can have a separate analogue line installed or indeed use the existing analogue line 01702466970 with a new number this can be expedited within 48 hours openreach will treat this as business critical.
i have had no responce other than that it will take 3-4 weeks for phone lines to be re connected
i dont know where to turn next, is there someone out there that could help.
I'd recommend that you Contact Us in the first instance and try to have the initial "cease" issue issue escalated. You may need to speak to a manager.
The fact is, we are dependent on a seperate company within the group (BT Openreach) for engineering services. they decide what engineering can be done within which timescales. We are extremely limited as to what we can do to expedite these orders, since BT Openreach provide engineering for all telephone service providers and have to do so without let or favour. I am extremely sorry that you have had these difficulties.
