Hi Dave,
Ok I just want to check if you've gone through the steps.
First off you need to create an alias, and then allocate the alias to your @btconnect.com email address. Finally you change the default 'From' address to the alias address.
All this is done through the website at http://myoffice.bt.com, and you're logged in as the primary @btconnect.com user.
So far so good?
Cheers.

any sort this out as i have the same problem.
Everything other than webmail is fine.
Webmail email appear to come from
<someone>@btconnect.com [<someone>@thealias.com]
We need to not show the btconnect.com part.
thanks

Hi there,
Thats a backend issue on the mail server, call technical on 0845 600 70 20 to report it. That functionality should work across webmail.
Thanks

No problem...'member' doesn't sound so good does it, I think they should change that to 'Aspiring Yogi' to stay in context.
