create mailbox

Hi, wondered if there was any bt bod out there that can help me.  The waiting time to 'chat online' is over 7 mins - and was held on phone for over 25mins - just need a query sorted - would be easy by email but bt do not have an email query service.

Had 10 email mailboxes - wanted to change 2 of these to different names@btconnect.com.  i deleted and created new one instead ok - but when i tried to delete the other - this kept the waiting symbol on......it stayed on all night so this am called bt to fix.  They said they would email once done - not had email - but saw online i had a mailbox spare - but when i went to create new mailbox it said i had no storage left.  Please help!

Hi Hannah,

 

The reason that the Email section of the Contact forms doesn't have an email contact is because it is quite likely that your email is broken, which would make it a little difficult to get back in contact with you.  This is why you only have phone and Live Chat options.

 

If you're really desperate to email in the details then go to 'Broadband' instead, but please make sure that your contact email address isn't one of the broken ones.

hi hannaharnold, that should be an easy process, most possibly a server maintenance during this time. Where you able to add the mailboxes already?
