uninstall the current security pack from add - remove programs
login to your account management system(www.btconnect.com)
- goto your account
- at the bottom ->manage internet security pack licenses
- next page below the licenses allocated ->click 'dealloate license' ( it would help to make a note of the license key for future reference - copy / paste it into a text file)
- select the computer which has the license key and confirm deallocate
reinstall the license from the same page
