my voip has never worked for more than 1 week in the last 13 months went down again on 10th nov
sent new modem on the 12th voip line worked for about 2hrs yet again. Spent about 8hrs on phone to
bt yet again this week.
Bt always divert num to mobile and it works fine but then charge me for all diverted calls non of staff no what to
do just send new modems even engineers cant sort it.
SHOULD TRY RUNNING A TAXI BUSINESS WHEN YOU DONT NO WETHER PHONE IS WORKING OR NOT.
Will leave it on divert if bt stand bill have been like this for 13 months now service is crap.
I'm sorry to here this. There must be a reason why this didn't work for you. Anyways, I wish you good luck in the future. Just for future advice, for business, it is best to run a multilink like 2 t1's with two different ISPs. So if one fails, you still have the other one.
