My dot.com domain name, which BT have been using for my websites since 2009 without any action on my part, has expired, and so has the website. I do not recall receiving any reminders.
Unless I have misunderstood the contract, BT has contracted to apply a co.uk domain name to the site. But I have only ever had the dot.com version.
I still have a co.uk version of the domain name reserved with BT Names and would like to point this at the website (assuming the website can be accessed). Can anyone help?
Hi musicman,
I have sent you a private message, if you can reply to this message I can have a look at the domains for you.

Hi musicman,
I have checked your .com which has expired and needs renewed, if you login to manage service on http://myoffice.bt.com with your primary @btconnect.com email address and password.
Then in the domains section click on manage domains to renew your .com domain name.
