I'm trying to manage my domain name but can't access the service. My user name or password is not being recognised but the facility to reset the password is not available. I'm being sent round in circles with no response as yet from any e mails I have sent which is the only option the web site is offering to make contact. I have a new web site for my business with a new server and I need to point my domain name to it or move my domain name to a different Registrar. Any suggestions to help me resolve this. J

DNS-A Record Reoint - BT will do it for you
Domain NAme Gener Enquiry - BT will unlock A Records for you, so you can repoint it yourself. I beleive using the same form for password reset/unlock.
