Is anyone using eShop elite? According to http://business.bt.com/domains-and-hosting/eshop/comparison/ it should have a lot of extra functions compared to the basic version but I have been upgraded and a lot of them are missing:
- Blog builder missing
- Number of products still limited to 2000 (should be 10,000)
- Number of pages still limited to 200 (should be 1000)
- Number of product attributes still limited to 20 (should be 50)
- Languages - 4 should be available, not 2
- Forum feature missing
- Guest book feature missing
- Number of user defined pages elements limited to 3 (should be 15)
Have tried contacting BT by email but not much help, they sent a guide on how to set up the blog but the feature itself is actually missing from my CMS. Does someone have eShop elite? Is the blog builder function available?
