Suddenly today all (4) users on our network were unable to send emails using Outlook 2010. Receiving emails ok. Using my account as a test I reset the password, still rejecting my messages. Checked all the settings they look fine & no reason all 4 would suddenly change anyway. Have switched off & on too lol. Nothing reported on the Broadband faults line. Anyone help?

I am sorry to see that your users are not able to send mail today,
Can you check the outgoing settings please, are they set to use the server mail.btconnect.com?
If they are and the email addresses are hosted with BT chanhe the settings to:
Server name: smtp.outlook.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: SSL
enable outgoing mail authentication
