getting the www to work!

Hi can anyone help, using website pro to up load to the "Public" folder I cannot access the site unless I use the following URL:

 

http://home.btconnect.com/thehopevalleylions.co.uk/

 

I need it to start: www.thehopevalleylions.co.uk.

 

Any help would be great appreciated as I am pulling my hair out!

I have arranged to have your domain name forwarded using URL Forwarding, Pete 511.

 

If you require a Frame Forward (where the www.thehopevalleylions.co.uk is retained in the address bar of the browser) then Contact Us using the DNS enquiry link.  For future reference, please see these:
