grey bt buisness hub port forwarding issue

I have a TENVIS IP camera which I have been trying to access on my iPad when I'm away from my router ,I was on a basic BT packager last year I was told that in order to be able to view my IP camera I would need a static IP address and that I would need to change my BT package ,from residential to business .
Ever since then I have not been any better off by upgrading my BT packager 'I cannot access my IP camera seven I'm away from my router.
Every time I contact BT business they just say follow the instructions on the website, I am not a computer wizard and I would behave thought that the technical help desk would have talked me through the process or even remotely accessed my PC so that the settings on my BT business hub could be set up
All I ask from someone out there is how can I get my BT buisnessx hub to allow me to access my camera can somebody help me please
