i have been trying to use an ftp program to upload html iles but they do not appear on my website? i am very new to this all but a quick learner, but im still having problems.

can i just buy an online store web template from somewhere and load it onto our domain?(how do i do this)

have we bought the wrong package for us??

I am afraid that you are not going to be able to build an online shop using the EasySiteWizard Pro. It just isn't designed for this sort of functionality and is really only designed for a basic static site.

You may be able to use some online store software and use it with the webspace but may need to upgrade to the Advanced Hosting to make it work.

A better idea may be to look at the BT eShop package.

Hi There,

Adding a shop is not currently possible - we have a £25 eShop package which allows you to trade online.  We do however have a new product in the pipeline, which will be a low cost shop that can you add into your existing website.  THis should be here in Septebmer.

The EasySiteWizard tool now comes with editable HTML - this should help you add counters.

Thanks,

Lisa

Hi Wattsy,

As Dave said, it's not possible to create a store in the Easy Site Wizard. However, you canc reate a store using the Easy Store Maker, which is found in your BT website centre. This store can be linked in the Easy Site Wizard. If you need more help, feel free to let me know! :smileyhappy:
