how can I upgrade wire 2 software

Hi I have a wire 2 but there is no option for dyndns so how can I upgrade it is it possible?
I see a guide in http://www.kurtnetworks.com but there is no route
also there is a video in http://www.protechme.co.uk no fire wall when I upgrade it.
