hyperlink / hotlink from image

I have been trying in vain to get a free banner quote image from www.kitco.com to go live. I copy image to disk, upload on wizrd, paste to page, enter URL and description; never goes live and tried variations. Same problem for a webcounter I wish to have on front page. I append the instructions. Advise, help please.

Hello

When you go to "image properties" and save the changes and then go to editing page before you publish is your picture there? When you publish does it come up on the live site?

I edit the image page, save and check with editor and is there. Once published also there but not live; at present shows 3 days ago. mmmmm and thanks

and I added to our site and it did show up on the site. Does this GIF move? because on our site is is just a regular picture. If you could Clear your cache and cookies and try again this may correct your issue.
