i would like to get my Authorization/EPP please!!

I wish to tranfer away my .com domain - it is not my primary domain!

I have tried to transfer it within my account - no success-no contact

i have tried your online form but it wont recognise the .com extension giving an error message and yes its the correct form?

 

there is no number to contact anybody!

 

I am at a loss tbh
