Hi there, i am in the process to transfer my domain www.ricethairestaurant.co.uk to ipage.com. i contacted Bt and they asked me if i wanted to keep my email address so that they can update the ips tag on my domain. i received the MX records that i need to update my new server. I told BT about 4 or 5 times that the ips tag from my new provider is TUCOWS-CA and asked them to update it. I contacted my new provider and they told me that my domain is not pointing to IPAGE. The nameservers need to be updated to ns1.ipage.com and ns2.ipage.com. i tried to contact BT through the chatroom and by email, but nothing is happening. Yesterday my email stopped working. i am getting really frustrated. I need the authorization code to register my domain with my new provider and nothing is happening. Please can you help me?
