manage services

i have an existing web site hosted by home.btconnect and i wish to redirect it. i'm looking for the 'manage services' button which help tells me is on the account page... see the following help link http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8761/c/1995,2003,2045 The button is not there. How do i access this facility?

Once you have logged in here, the Manage services button appears at the top of the page:
