I'm trying to point all domain traffic to www.dotr.com to an ip address. I enter the details, I press save, get the "this may take up to 24 hours" message, and all seems ok.
However, the transfer does not seem to work, and if I go back into advanced domain management, the data is now set back to what it was originally. how can I force the change to be saved ?

Go to www.dnsforms.co.uk and click on domains and hosting. Fill in the A record repoint form and the DNS team will point the IP addreess to the domain for you.

thanks for the tip - however, it's been over 24 hours since I submitted the form, and nothing. My domain is still not available.
No A record I create is kept. If I refresh the screen, the records are there. However, if I log out and back in, the new or updated records are back to their original value.
This is *so* frustrating.
Can anybody help ?
