office 365 small business premium

Hi,

I have created an external website in sharepoint and am now ready to use it for real. I bought my domain via BT where it is still current so far as I am aware it is LTTconsultancy.com.

I have struggled with permissions on 365 premium before - as I originally signed up for small business lite (email only) and then upgraded. It took an intervention by BT to make my website editing tools visisble within my account settings, I am wondering if I have a similar issue now, or am I just struggling with the office menus?

Anyway, I have now created my site, I have made the settings within 365 to have it "online" and I cant see it when I navigate using www.lttconsultancy.com.

How do I go from the sharepoint address for the site to the www.lttconsultancy address?

Thanks for any help

Hi chris63

It is possible to link the public sharepoint site to your domain, but it will require the helpdesk to make some changes to your account and DNS entries on your domain name.

If you contact the helpdesk, they can get this done for you.

Hi Chris63,

I updated the domain yesterday and this appears to now be working.

Please let me know if you require any further assistance.

Thanks,
