old emails

Can anyone tell me whether there is a way to recover my old emails? I need to find an email that was sent in 2009. I am thinking that there is probably no chance that I can do it but would love any advice many thanks

If your logging into webmail via a btconnect.com email address there is a button at the top for recovering deleted items, other than that not much else im affraid.

When you say old, do you mean old that has gotten deleted or just plain old? There should be a search bar on the webmail or you can just scan the pages one by one. If deleted in the trash folder, I dont think it can still be recovered.
