Phone call divert service not working, tried customer service (joke!) to find there is over a half hour wait to speak to someone in business customer service, very poor!!
Did you ever find an answer? I've been through the BT advice line for Quantum phones who told that it wasn't possible from my phone, BT Chat who didn't know what the Quantum system was, and this forum where I've had no reply.
