you can.
because the iweb is built in and hosted with your mac account they will give you a URL like www.mycompanyname.mac.com
all you need to do is get a "frame forward" to that URL.
first make sure you know what the www.mycompanyname.mac.com is then either speak to BT support to get a frame forward or go into the your account section on the BT website. in manage services go to domain maintenance and in there somewhere is the option to create either a URL forward or a frame forward. make a frame forward and it'll be done within 10 mins.
you can then use iweb to edit the site as you want

Nooooooooooooo.
Iweb is a web authoring application (like Frontpage, Dreamweaver, etc) and the poster should be able to upload the files produced by it to his BT webspace.
You will need your FTP details in order to publish the site. If you don't know what they are, you should ask BT for the details.
With regards to the BT Easy Site Wizard not working on a Mac, why do you think it doesn't work? It works fine on my Mac.

It looks like Iweb can only publish directly to the mobileme service.
To host it with someone else, ie BT you need to save the files and upload them using an FTP application. I would recommend Filezilla for this.
EDIT: Actually, it depends which version you are using. Iweb '09 seems to be able to publish to any FTP server, any version prior to this and you will need an FTP app.

i must have had a prior version.
if the OP isnt able to save the files and use an FTP client on his own then perhaps give him a little step by step for that.

I think I have Iweb '08 but I've never really had the need to use it.
Will have a look at it later and see how it is done.

OK, with iWeb '08 (and I'm sure it is similar with previous versions) you click on File > Publish to a folder which will then save the site contents to the folder of your choice on your hard drive.
Now you will need an FTP client to upload the files. I highly recommend Filezilla although there are others.
Enter your FTP details at the top and click Quickconnect (or you can press cmd + S and to save the details for future use) and connect to the FTP server.
Now drag the all the contents of your folder (not the folder itself) to the public folder on the web server. That shoud be pretty much all there is to it.

Not to disparage Filezilla as I use it myself on my PCs, but I believe the commonly recommended FTP application for Mac OS is Fetch. I've heard very good things about Transmit as well.
