resolve slcow interrnet connection and login issue

When I try to connect to the link bellow or indeed the internet it takes an age - the system 'hangs' I eventually get the message 'connecting ' but it takes forever

I am getting the same issues with the link but at last get access to the page. Try it again or change the browser to see the difference.
